Add options to your existing construction business, or start a new business from scratch. Paramount Log Homes is a 30 year old business located in Shepherd, Montana (just east of Billings). We will supply wholesale log kits, which you can then build for your own customers, earning income on both the materials and the labor.
We will provide training on log construction, however some construction experience is recommended. We can just supply the logs, or help with every aspect of the project. No franchise fee, annual payments or upfront costs. The first project will require a reasonable training fee (DOE) and materials will be sold at regular prices. Projects initiated after that will receive discounted materials. Interested parties must be, or become, independent businesses, responsible for labor, insurance, advertising, etc.
Earn good money with each project. One crew of 2 productive individuals can complete 2-5 projects per year (large projects earn more, but take more time).
